Who are our Nursery Managers?

Nursery Managers and Deputy Managers are the beating heart of everything we do here at N. They are the centre of our communities, and the leaders our customers and teams look to for guidance.

As part of a close-knit team, every Manager contributes to the goals of every nursery. Working together with exceptional levels of skill, knowledge, composure, passion and empathy. Leading by example and setting the tone for the best education.

If you dream of progressing your passion for Management, N Family is the next step in your career – inspiring the next-generation to grow.

Nursery Manager

Our Nursery Managers lead with exceptional people, commercial and educational standards.  It takes a special kind of person to be an Outstanding Manager. This is a role where your knowledge of children’s education, commercial acumen, customer service and people development combine to create an environment of safety, learning and fun.

That is why we have built the leading Manager’s package in the sector. If you want to lead the way with a growing and ambitious business, N Family Club is for you.

Who we’re looking for

We need Managers who can dream of creative and commercial ways to build the reputation of the nursery they manage. As Nursery Manager you will be required to be the named manager in charge of the nursery and will be responsible for all aspects of the operation and compliance. Experience in children’s education is vital, as is the ambition to develop your career personally and professionally.

We are really excited that our N Partnership, our share program, enables us to give shares to all our Managers as motivation and reward for delivering our plan. You are a key part of the N team and as an N Partner you will be part of a group of leaders who can drive, support and inspire each other as we go on our journey.
