Our Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship (15 months) and Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship (18 months) are designed to help you build the skills, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to start your career as an Educator.
You’ll learn while working across different nursery rooms and experiences within the N Curriculum, including Forest School, The N Passport, Spanish, creative learning, and child development. Twenty per cent of your time will be dedicated to off-the-job learning, helping you develop the knowledge and behaviours needed to complete your apprenticeship.
With the support of experienced mentors and tutors throughout your journey, you’ll gain a recognised qualification and build strong foundations for a long-term career in early years. We’re looking for people with a passion for learning, an open mind, and a genuine desire to help children thrive.
Our Career Changer and Returner Apprenticeships are designed for people looking to start a new chapter in early years or return to the sector with fresh confidence. You’ll earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience, and build skills in a supportive environment.
For career changers, our fully funded Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeships combine on-the-job learning with specialist training, leading to an industry-recognised qualification. Where needed, we can also support you in developing your Maths and English qualifications.
For career returners, our Level 5 and 7 Apprenticeships offer opportunities to refresh your knowledge, grow your leadership skills, and continue progressing your career. Alongside apprenticeship training, you’ll also have access to CPD, leadership development, and refresher courses in First Aid, Safeguarding, and IT through our N Academy.
The Level 5 Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship is designed for experienced practitioners looking to take the next step in their career and grow into leadership roles within early years.
You’ll build the skills and confidence to become an effective role model for play-based learning, support the development of others, and help shape high-quality learning experiences across your setting.
With a strong focus on leadership and professional growth, this apprenticeship is ideal for people who want to continue developing their practice while building a long-term career in children’s education.
Front of House is often the first impression families have of N, helping create warm, welcoming experiences for children and families from the moment they arrive. As a Front of House Apprentice, you’ll work closely with the Front of House Manager, while building your customer service, organisation, and operational skills through a blend of hands-on experience and off-the-job learning.
Depending on your experience and career goals, our apprenticeship pathways include Customer Service Practitioner Level 2, Customer Service Specialist Level 3, Business Administrator Level 3, and Team Leader or Supervisor Level 3 qualifications.
We’re looking for organised, people-focused individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and love creating exceptional experiences for others. You’ll support day-to-day nursery operations, from administration and procurement to occupancy and stock management, while growing the skills and confidence needed to build a long-term career at N.
Our Level 3 Chef Apprenticeship is designed for qualified Chefs who already hold a Level 2 Production Chef qualification, or equivalent, and want to continue developing their skills and confidence in kitchen operations, nutrition, and commercial awareness.
Working alongside experienced teams, you’ll deepen your knowledge through hands-on learning while building the skills needed to progress your career within early years catering and hospitality.
We’re looking for curious, motivated people with a passion for learning and a desire to continue growing their expertise in the kitchen.
As a Kitchen Assistant Apprentice, you’ll learn what it takes to support a busy nursery kitchen while building the foundations for a future career as a Chef. From preparing fresh meals to supporting health, hygiene, and stock management, no two days look exactly the same.
Alongside hands-on experience, you’ll complete a funded Level 2 Production Chef Assistant programme, giving you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to grow your career in catering and nutrition within early years.
We’re looking for enthusiastic learners with a genuine passion for food, childhood nutrition, and high standards of care. You’ll work closely with experienced Chefs, building practical skills and confidence in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
We offer a range of business and leadership apprenticeships across our Support Office teams, designed to help you build new skills, grow your confidence, and develop your career while learning on the job.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take the next step, our apprenticeships are open to people from all backgrounds and levels of experience. You’ll gain practical knowledge, recognised qualifications, and hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Our apprenticeship pathways include Customer Service, Business Administration, HR, Learning and Development, Project Management, Operations, Leadership, and Professional Coaching qualifications across Levels 2 to 5.
