We’re proud to be able to sponsor visas for overseas workers and our staged interview and checking process, our commitment to accommodation and our incredibly useful welcome pack all combine to make sure everyone feels right at home with their new N Family.
We’ve created a simple four stage process for us to meet each other and progress your application. We want to make sure that everything is handled in the best way to make your new start as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible.
The interview process is in two stages. Firstly, there is a short 15-20 minutes interview. If you are successful, you will then be invited to a 60 minutes competency and behaviour focused interview. Both of these interviews are conducted via Google Hangout video call.
Following the interview process, you will need to send your relevant qualifications to ENIC and DfE. This is to make sure that your qualifications are compatible with the English framework.
After passing your qualifications checks, we will support you with your full visa application and guide you through the process of obtaining the certificate of sponsorship.
We make a contribution to your first month in temporary accommodation. This gives you the chance to work out where suits you best to live. We will also give you a welcome pack that will give you more information on the location and what you need to bring, as well as an introduction to life in the UK and at N.
We’re committed to helping everyone who starts with us on an International Sponsorship feel fully supported from the first call to the first day at work. That’s why we’ve created a thorough welcome pack to give you all the information you need to help you with life in the UK. Our team is there to support you from day one. Finally, your induction and ongoing training will help you understand more about N, your role and education in the UK.
