Summer n.set day 2025
Yesterday, our nursery managers and support office team came together for our summer n.set day – a moment to reflect on everything we’ve accomplished in the first half of 2025 and to look ahead with purpose and ambition.
We began with the most important question: why do we show up every day at N? The answer was simple – for the children. They are 25% of the present and 100% of the future. This belief is our north star. Every decision we make, every action we take, is grounded in what’s best for the children and their families.
From collaborative training and open feedback sessions to team-building activities and purpose-led reflections, the day was a powerful reminder of what makes our culture so special. Connection, growth, and fun are at the heart of everything we do – and we lived that fully.
