N Leadership Conference 2025: Growing together, leading with purpose
Last week, our dedicated managers and leadership team came together for our annual N Leadership Conference – two inspiring days of connection, reflection, and growth.
The event was a celebration of everything we’ve achieved together this year, as well as a look ahead to how we’ll continue to shape the future of early years education with heart and excellence.
A key theme throughout the conference was the power of our culture, the way we collaborate, support one another, and live our N values every day. Together, we explored new ways to strengthen that culture as we grow, ensuring that every nursery feels connected, consistent, and truly outstanding.
We also took a deep dive into the new Ofsted framework, empowering our nursery managers to lead with confidence and embed these standards within their teams. By aligning our practice and vision, we’re setting the stage for even greater consistency and quality across all our nurseries.
As we look ahead, we’re proud to see our leaders continue driving positive change and creating exceptional environments where both children and teams can thrive.
