Celebrating our 2025 N Awards: A night of recognition, joy, and togetherness
Each year, our Winter Party brings everyone together for one of our favourite traditions: the N Awards. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible people who make N such a special place to work – the educators, chefs, housekeepers, apprentices, support teams, and leaders who go beyond for children, families, and each other every single day.
The N Awards recognise team members who embody our core values – Go Beyond, Be Outstandingly Outstanding, and Play as a Team, and who bring energy, care, and commitment to their roles. This year, hundreds of nominations poured in, shining a light on colleagues whose everyday actions create extraordinary impact.
The 2025 celebration was filled with heartfelt applause, joyful reunions, emotional moments of recognition, and a real sense of belonging. The dance floor was full, and so were our hearts.
