This statement applies to N Family Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries. The information included in the statement refers to the financial year 2026.
N Family Club is a private limited Group of companies, headquartered in London, with operations and over 2,000 (permanent and casual) team members. While the majority of our nurseries are located in the United Kingdom, in 2026 we are expanding our operational footprint to include the USA alongside our administration workforce in Serbia. N Family Club is owned and controlled by the CEO and a Board of Directors.
At N Family Club, our core activity revolves around providing essential childcare services. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional care that prioritises the wellbeing and development of every child entrusted to us. Unlike industries that experience seasonal fluctuations, the demand for our childcare services remains consistently high throughout the year. This sustained demand underscores the critical nature of our services in meeting the ongoing needs of families. It is imperative to recognise that our operations, driven by this steady demand, require a committed and ethically treated workforce to uphold our standards of care and service excellence.
While our primary labour force is based in the United Kingdom, we also employ operational and administrative teams in the USA and Serbia. All team members, regardless of location, are subject to robust recruitment and ‘right to work’ checks.
N Family Club considers that modern slavery encompasses:
N Family Club acknowledges its responsibilities in relation to tackling modern slavery and commits to complying with the provisions in the Modern Slavery Act 2015. N Family Club understands that this requires an ongoing review of both its internal practices in relation to its labour force and, additionally, its supply chains.
N Family Club does not enter into business with any other organisation, in the United Kingdom or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to involve itself in slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labour.
No labour provided to N Family Club for the provision of its own services is obtained by means of slavery or human trafficking. N Family Club strictly adheres to the minimum standards required in relation to its responsibilities under relevant employment legislation in the United Kingdom, Serbia, and the USA.
N Family Club is committed to upholding ethical labour practices throughout its operations. This commitment extends to its recruitment processes, working conditions, team members’ rights, and efforts to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its workforce.
In order to fulfil its activities, the main supply chains of N Family Club include global and local vendors related to the supply of food, equipment, and other products; services for cleaning; services to support HR; Health and Safety; Rostering processes; facilities offerings; and child/adult care employment agencies.
In general, due to the nature of its business and policies, procedures and practices, N Family Club considers its exposure to slavery/human trafficking to be relatively limited. However, we recognise that expanding our operations into international markets (Serbia and the USA) introduces new supply chains and recruitment environments. We manage this by applying our core ethical standards and ‘Safer Recruitment’ principles across all jurisdictions.
It continues to be a priority for N Family Club to ensure it operates ethically, sources responsibly and works to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking throughout its business and supply chains.
We carry out due diligence processes as listed below in relation to ensuring slavery and/or human trafficking does not take place in our business or supply chains.
We have not, to our knowledge, conducted any business with another organisation that has been found to have involved itself with modern slavery.
In accordance with section 54(4) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we have taken the following steps to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place:
N Family Club has robust policies that further define its stance on Modern Slavery and underpin its commitment to ensure there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its business.
These policies include:
All N Family Club team members are required to complete mandatory CIPD accredited training on Modern Slavery.
N Family Club has a Slavery Compliance Officer, our Chief Financial Officer, to whom all concerns regarding modern slavery should be addressed, and who will then undertake relevant action concerning our obligations.
This statement is made in pursuance of Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed for each financial year.
