At N, our incredible team brings our purpose to life every day, and today, we’re proud to share our Impact Report 2025, a reflection of the care, commitment, and action behind everything we do.
Guided by one clear purpose – to give children the very best start in life and prepare them for life in an ever-changing world – this report offers an open and transparent look at how we’re creating meaningful impact across our nurseries, our communities, and the world around us.
A year of meaningful progress
2025 was a year shaped by care, commitment, and action. From supporting our teams and families to making more sustainable choices and strengthening our community impact, every step we took reflected what matters most to us. We are now 50 nurseries strong, brought to life by more than 1,500 passionate team members.
People, Planet, Positive Futures
Our impact is guided by three core pillars:
People – We continue to build a culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to grow.

- 80% of our team say N is a great place to work
- Continued investment in learning, development, and wellbeing
Planet – We’re taking meaningful steps to reduce our environmental impact and lead by example.
- Achieved 100% renewable electricity across our nurseries
- Measured our full carbon footprint across everything we do
- Continued progress through the Eco-Schools programme, with 39 Green Flags
Positive Futures – We’re supporting children, families, and communities beyond the nursery walls.
- Over £50,000 donated to War Child UK last year alone
- 23,000+ nappies donated to baby banks
- Fully funded bursary places helping children access early years education
Leading with purpose
In 2025, we also recertified as a B Corp, achieving a score of 101, reflecting our commitment to high standards of social and environmental responsibility.
But for us, impact isn’t about recognition. It’s about responsibility – to our children, our teams, and the future they will grow up in.
Looking ahead
As we move into 2026, our focus is clear: to go further, do better, and continue turning insight into action. From deepening our community impact and expanding our bursary programme, to setting clear decarbonisation targets and strengthening our support for our teams, this is just the beginning of the next chapter.
