Certified as a Great Place to Work UK for the second year running
We recently took a moment to pause and celebrate a special achievement: N has officially been certified as a Great Place To Work UK for the second year running!
This recognition means so much because it comes from within – from the voices and experiences of our own team. This year, an incredible 90% of our team took part in the Great Place to Work survey, and we achieved a 7.9 Happiness Score, marking a 3% increase from last year.
One sentiment stood out clearly: 86% of our team feel proud to share that they work at N – a true reflection of the supportive, purpose-driven culture we’ve built together.
Every recognition like this is a reminder that we’re building something special – a place where people feel they belong, where passion and purpose are recognised, and where every contribution is valued.
