There are many different levels of educators and teachers (QTS, EYT) here. All focused on inspiring children to build their skills and curiosity. So, whether you are an Assistant Educator, Senior Assistant Educator, Educator, Senior Educator or Lead Educator, your creative ideas, boundless enthusiasm and health and safety professionalism will give every child the confidence to explore the world in their way.
We’re looking for people who can inspire children and their families with ideas that make big dreams a reality. People with a positive outlook, energetic nature and solutions-focused approach. Assistant Educator roles don’t require qualifications. For all other roles, we’re looking for people with experience with children in an educational setting, combined with Level 2/3 or above EY Qualifications.
At N, all salaries are significantly above the market average and are banded against role type and level. Working closely with your manager, together you can plan for growth and development, which will increase your salary.

Room Managers, and Deputy Room Managers, set the tone for our expert Educators within one of our nursery Family Rooms, and lead by example in everything they do. As Room Manager, you’ll help your team achieve their potential in their roles as they help every child achieve theirs.
You’ll have the relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification and you’ll also have previous experience as a Lead Practitioner/Room Manager in a nursery, primary or preschool setting. We’re looking for people who want to grow their careers as much as they want to grow the confidence and skills of their team and the children in their care.
